Your staffing needs solved!
Our licensed practical nurses, in particular, our nurse delegators, are available only as needed or upon request, while our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other long-term care workers are available 24-hours a day based on differentiated shifts. But we provide at least one caregiver per shift which can include a home doctor and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) who specializes in geriatrics is available upon request.
Every member of our staff is certified in dementia, mental health, nurse delegation/diabetes, First Aid and CPR, and has undergone rigorous training and background checks to include national FBI fingerprinting.
